He will not act as if he isn’t listening to you or even refuse to listen because he isn’t interested; instead, he will patiently listen to everything and then debate it with you.
2. He will support you
He recognizes your independence and self-sufficiency, but he also wants you to know that you are not alone in your struggles.
He wants you to know that he will always be there for you.
That isn’t to say he doesn’t believe you are capable of fixing your problems on your own; it simply means you aren’t required to.
He respects you enough not to be pushy and essentially compel you to seek assistance, but he’ll be there for you if you need it.
3. He will always be honest
He’ll tell you if you’re wearing something he doesn’t like or that doesn’t suit you.
